Has anyone killed the Mistlands boss solo in an enjoyable fashion?

So I watched a guide before I went in. Based on how frustrating I've found this entire biome (I was very, very happy about today's patch), I decided just to straight up cheat for the first time ever. I didn't need more stress in my life.

I went in with Frostner and a black metal shield, and holy shit the constant attack spam and knockback. Insane. I'd've been dead within seconds had god mode not been enabled. The damage with Frostner, fully upgraded, was garbage.

I went and got my mage set. Kiting and fireballs kinda worked, but the damage was still trash and any time I got hit, the screen shook, and the one time I got ganked by her and all the adds, the screen went nuts and by the time I could jump out (I probably took enough dmg to have died 20 times over), my gear was broken.

I left, got my carapace mail on again and decided to try with Krom. It did slightly better damage, but the attack spam/knockback made it not very viable. Certainly not playing legit.

I will admit I completely forgot about the Arbalest during this debacle.

This was all 15-20 minutes of fighting, and I had taken 10-15% of her life off, so counting the times I'd have to leave and repair, this would have been well over an hour or two of fighting.

I just used the killall command. Fuck it.

ANYWAY. You're clearly supposed to kite her and deal with endless adds for what, like 1/2 hour minimum? And if you fuck up (or don't) and get in a bad spot, you'll get stunlocked to death.

I know people have beat her, but has anyone soloed it and had a good time?

Because I did not. I've never cheated before but it was 100% the correct thing to do for me, now.
