Who's Horizon Team ? I can see they are the one who bought the SLOT of Fnatic but only registered 4 Players in Dota website. last time , SMG was force to forfeit their games for failure to register full roster in time. These rules should be applied the same to Horizon

Only Registered 4 Players in Dota Major Registration website

mercy is added as member of Horizon in Liquepdia while not being registered
