Title. basically I'm going thru some red days, I'm kinda getting at my boiling point I guess. I'm tilting more than I normally do, I feel like I'm no longer playing for fun anymore.
My performance has went down significantly in every aspect, I feel like I'm auto-piloting too much. And I was climbing the ladder consistently (Guardian 5 -> Crusader 4 in a week). Now I'm stuck.
I've been in this spot a lot of times but I can't seem to reset. I went out with my friends, cooked some meals for me, took some showers, rolled some J's, played some turbo to fuck around, and I took like a day break from ranked. However I feel like I'm still mentally stuck can't seem to reset my energy.
My longest winstreaks come naturally when I play just for loving DOTA, playing for fun. I enjoy it a lot more and don't tilt, also my performance is through the roof these days because I feel no pressure or any other negative emotions.
How do you guys handle this shit? I want to go back to zen mode. I miss my 20-3 morphling from past week ðŸ˜ðŸ’”
TL; DR: I'm mentally/emotionally stuck and I'm losing a lot of games because of it, what do you do to reset your mind/energy and bounce back into green days?
