How to rank up efficiently in low ranks

I made a post before complaining about bad players in herald/guardian. i personally spend a shit amount of time around learning dota 2 tricks and watching high rank games. besides those I've been playing for quite some time now, since 2014 i think (not dota 2 but dotA)

many people suggested playing as pos 1 or 2(mostly 2) in order to have a good winrate but my mid aint strong (still better than most people around 1000 mmr, but not my strongest role).

i find pos 2 to be the best way to do so as it's obvious, but lately been spamming roamer role and i have a good win rate so far, probably somewhat around 95%. my plan is dominate the offlane lane asap then go for runes in mid, try to get a kill if possible (this is pretty easy tbh since most supports never help mid and expect mid to help them even if they are winning the lane), so its an easy 2v1 if u got a good hero for roaming like ES or tusk maybe. i spam mirana zeus ogre lately and if all banned or picked take something fun like invoker xdd which people flame at the start but late see how useful i am change their minds. also keep an eye on safe to see if they tower dive to tp and get ez kills for the team

one more important thing to do is getting wards in their jungle so u can gank the core when farming ( i find wards in their jungle more helpful than warding your own side of the map. to avoid the pos 5 feeding them all, i try to keep 1 or 2 after min 15 or so when cores get farming items such as fury and plant them where they don't have sentries)

all these together makes u help the team win at least 2 of the lanes which includes mid most of the time(ill give an example for this at the end) and since you are active around the map and team, most players like you and most likely will listen to you later. after that you can pretty much lead the team. in herald people barely use smoke to gank or anything at all, so i usually ask them to gather up in the right time to gank, i take the lead and plant a ward to get vision and get the kills. when playing zeus i use the ult either to find where they are to gank, or right after smoke is gone (enemies around u) to get vision and get the kills. 1 game we did that got 3 of them in jungle, then did rosh and finished right away(normally we would have lost the 5v5) speaking of which they ALWAYS do roshan when they can get ganked hard. for example when tide got ult and follow ups alive.

anyways this is my way of gaining mmr rn and gonna see how far i can go with it, back then i was guardian 2, went on a losing streak and decided not to give a fuck no more xddd. therefore herald 3 playing fun combos with mates(all heroes that can summon and such to push 1 lane super fast xd). i am close to crusader atm

the game i wanted to mention above : had a game with ck offlane and i was zeus against shaman slark. this guy always positioned himself pretty bad diving tower from level 2 or 3. no aggro creeps i tried to do it for him but he just made it worse by leaving 3 last hits for 1 hit to shaman. anyways this guy ended up giving slark 10 perm agil by min 15, in a 47 min game he had 18 min death time,

long story short we lost the lane, he got mad went jungle stole pa farm in bot etc etc but i helped mid win the 0:1 to 2:1, safe got 3 kills with my assist involved (thanks to 315 base ms boots and the other ms item roaming to mid was ez and had to use tp either from bot to top, or top to bot.) had like 8 assists no death by min 10 or so and had to keep the tower alive at top since ck was farming jungle. we won that game at the end but if ck played a bit better we could have won in 30 mins and not 47 xd(probably the best move there would have been mid going to top and me staying mid to get some xp)
