Save the world has had a long history and development over the years. It's what started Fortnite. Battle royale makes up over 90% of the player base and the mode has made fortnite one of the most succesful games in history.
Save the world reached it all time high player base few weeks ago before chapter 5 release. About 75k active players. A lot of people were waiting for save the world to become free as they promised couple years ago, but it never did. I'm glad that save the world stays a paid mode because it has always been and it's the first Fortnite game that started it all. People also hate the fact that they didn't buy the game before founders went away, which literally gives you the ability to get free vbucks forever.
There are a LOT of people asking daily how to get vbucks in save the world everywhere and can't understand that it's not possible anymore.
I would fix and help save the world playerbase grow by increasing the price of the pack and giving non founders the ability to earn vbucks from the main quests, (maybe side quests too?). So no unlimited daily vbucks from daily quests and missions, but from the storyline that founders get too. This would not only keep people playing the game, but also bring new people and updates. Obviously the vbucks would be one of the main things that attracts a LOT of new people, but also popular content creators like Ninja, Nickeh30 and SypherPK (again), etc.
Rewarding people for actually progressing in the game is positive for both the players and developers. Fortnite packs and bundles have always been good in value. Crew pack gives a lot for it's price and so do battle passes, skin + vbucks pack and item shop bundles.
