I feel like Phantom Assassin is a noob trap

So I’m relatively new to DOTA. Actually haven’t played it in a few weeks cuz I’ve been trying out predecessor and the new valheim update, but anyways.

So Phantom Assassin can get up to 50% evasion chance/rating. Meaning she can basically evade every other auto. Which is pretty op. But the item Monkey King Bar gives you a 70% chance to pierce evasion and deal bonus damage when you do. And this is why I feel like Phantom Assassin is a trap. There is a specific item that counters her to a point where it would be more beneficial to not have 50% evasion rating(er).

50% er means in ten autos you will get hit by 5 (presumably). However, if the enemy has Monkey King Bar they have 70% chance to pierce your evasion and do extra damage. But you are only evading 5 out of 10 shots. So of the 50% that you do evade, you only have a 30% chance that you do evade them. And a 70% chance that you take additional damage. If we take these numbers and apply them to all 10 of the autos in mind. (Meaning we include into the equation the autos that your 50% er does not effect) you will have:

50% chance you take normal auto damage

35% chance you take additional damage

And only 15% chance that you evade an auto attack all together.

So just because your kit grants you with 50% passive evasion rating, your opponent actually will have a higher chance to deal bonus damage to you than you do to evade their attack.
