i just cannot play because of the insane stuttering.

my specs are : gtx 1050 ti kfa2 oc
i5 4460 3.2ghz
8gb ddr3
500gb kingston ssd
windows 10

i get good framerates but the freezing, micro-stuttering and normal stuttering make the game unplayable for me.

okay i get it i have bad ram but it never exceeds 70% of usage. in fact, my cpu and gpu run at about 75% usage. i have no idea what to do. i optimized everything, i used panjno's fps boost I disabled realtek audio drivers, i tried changed resolutions, i tried using memory cleaners, i tried playing with all the in game settings, i set hdr and bloom to 0 but they keep resetting, i tried restarting my pc after every raid, i don't have anything open in the background, i tried making my game run on only 2 physical cores, i tried setting the priority of the game to above normal and high. nothing can improve my stutters. i also did a full hard reset on my windows. my drivers are all up to date. idk what to do anymore. i am just sad at this point.
