Update 6 fixed the bug with POIs not spawning for salvage missions, but appears to have introduced a new bug where picking up the salvaged mission item doesn't progress the mission tracker so it never completes. I've found the bug report on the issue tracker and added my two cents. But I'm getting a bit tired of doing this sort of play now where I'm tracking bugs. I want to help, but I'm getting a bit pissed off with my limited play time getting what I feel is wasted fixing a product I paid full price for.
I don't know if there's going to be an Update 7 or if this new bug will ever get fixed or if the fix for this bug will introduce another new bug. But if we don't play test and give Frontier feedback then I get the feeling it'll never get noticed or fixed (because if Update 6 was play tested in house this new bug would have been picked up, right?).
Anyone got anything to help stay positive or should I just uninstall for bit and hope other players do the work?
