Is this a good Pre-Engineered Chieftain build?

I've been doing PvE bounty hunting recently, and I just bought a chieftain. This is the build I want to run. I wanted to get some opinions on whether or not this is good. I plan on grinding with it to get it fully engineered. Here's The grade 1 engineered build if you were wondering
