So, the servers are down. Lots of people waiting around to play – no idea if we wait 15 minutes or 4 hours.
If only Valve had the budget to pay server managers, and social media managers – they would let people know what's going on.
Valve – I look forward when you're a $10m dollar company so you can afford these staff.
I would suggest that in one of your games you launch a battlepass and raise $100 million dollars (a year)- then you can afford the staff that can inform your userbase of any problems on your network.
Imagine being able to have enough money to be able to employ people that can communicate with your customers? Maybe raise another battlepass where NO money goes to the players, but to your company. Maybe then you can afford those staff. Good luck!
