Hello fellow Gwent players,
This season playing Gwent most of my ranked matchups seems to be largely Sabbath MO, or some type of Mill/Clog NG (I'm Rank 2 atm).
Setting balancing issues aside, getting constantly matched up against the same deck over and over again really gets tiring, repetitive, and unfun in general.
Putting that in mind, I've had an idea regarding matchmaking and I would love to hear your input on it
My idea is:
What if there was a system where you could ban a certain leader (remember not a faction) for 5 games so you would not matchup against it, and then after, there would be a 5 game cooldown where you couldn't ban any leader.
Then, the cd would reset and for the next 5 games you would then again be able to ban a certain leader.
Remember this is purely an idea, and whether or not it would be implementable is an argument for another day.
