well cmdr's. lost a lot of progress I've been making this week and learned a lesson the hard way.
I saved up a ton of money bounty hunting and ranked up to novice in combat, so I decided to buy a vulture. Did some more bounties and upgraded said vulture. Was having a blast, the ship is really maneuverable. But then I was blown up by a Corvette that I accidentally hit while shooting a bounty… Then I noticed I didn't have enough money to buy back that vulture.
Fair enough I'll have my scout sent back to me as it'd take forever to get home in this sidewinder. Nope, that scout had bounties on it and no money to pay any fines…
Fair enough I'll sell it and buy something here. Welp that didn't work out as I hoped it would and long story short I'm back in a cobra III, with significantly less fire power and jump range. Safe to say I'm a little bummed out. I shouldn't have gotten that cocky without enough money to afford insurance but still. Soul crushing to say the least… Any ideas on getting back to where I was? Should I just go hunting in this system for a bit?
