What are you thoughts on buying lotus orb on magic damage oriented heroes when playing mid or carry?
I am taking when the situation calls for it: maybe you are playing versus silencer, OD meteor, juggernaut, magic SF or Arc Warden. You use lotus either preemptively to farm risky lane and bail or use it on reflex and break their hex/astral combo or counter high value spell (omnislash) while also having utility in other situation.
It can also be cast on teammates in various scenarios.
It has great buildup from arcane boots and provides armor which is hard to effectively get on a caster.
It is much better than Euls vs silencer since you don’t waste 2.5 second.
What are your thoughts? Is it viable on cores? Should exclusively supports buy it for their cores? Can it be compared to euls since winds are cheaper? Would you pick it over euls?
