Olympic biathlon: ski a bunch then shoot then ski a bunch then shoot. Biathletes probably represent the most accurate "completely winded" shooters in the world. Here is what they are expected to hit:
45mm target at 50m prone ; 115mm target at 50m standing. That is 1 and 2.5 mrad respectively, which is like 3.5 and 9 MOA. This is with a rifle shooting subsonic .22 LR that weighs 3.5kg unloaded, not to mention no armor or backpack, essentially in a cycling outfit.
In EFT you can be sprinting full speed with a 50kg backpack and a 10kg (loaded) rifle, stop on a dime, and then one tap someone with a 6x validay from 100 meters with like no scope wobble.
This is good enough for me to know the system doesn't work, who else has some numbers for accuracy at hipfire / ADS post sprint? I bet they are 3-5x more accurate than would be even slightly realistic.
You know who never sprints except to get from cover to cover? Like anyone who is trying to shoot stuff, ever.
