Yeah I know what this looks like, and let me be the first to say, I hate Smurfing as much as anyone, but many of my friends are new, and we literally can't play together, so here's my thought process. I'm a decently middling ranked mid player (in the 3k range), but I'm very inexperienced as a support, and am a completely dogshit 3. If I were to make a new account and play only roles I don't know how to play and do so exclusively in unranked while my friends are learning the game (at which point I would switch back to my main for ranked), would that be reasonable? That way I wouldn't be ruining people's ranked games, and I'd be putting myself back in a position of learning and experimenting as well.
Obviously my understanding of the game and map awareness and stuff would be mismatched, but by playing heroes and roles I've never played I feel like the level of toxicity will be limited. What are your thoughts?
