NEW Power Rune 'Light' ; sets your base day/night vision to 1800/1800 flying vision
team ability 'Scan' now bonded to the number of outposts your team controls. (2 charge if you control both outposts)
remaining talents that you gain at level 27/28/29/30 now comes automatically
New ancient camp with units have stun ability
A natural creep camp is removed from both sides of the map near outposts
First roshan now drops Agh' Shard too
Trees on the river now respawn faster
Captains mode; increased number of bans at first phase 2>3
Dawnbreaker added to captains mode.
Ranked All Pick; Added second hero ban phase before last picks
Mage Slayer Removed ( Nobody likes you )
A new item combines Shadow amulet+Ghost scepter
Vladmir's , Blades of Attack removed from the recipe, outcome of the item still the same
Dagon gives spell amp. Pierces spell immunity
I expect following ones to be recycled;
Rework agh; unless ulty in cooldown it casts a mist coils towards a friendly unit that took a thousand damage in range.
Counterspell; has a chance to send back targeted spells to other nearby enemy heroes besides its owner.
Firefly tracks linger after its duration ended
No more needs agh specter to get ancient creeps, it still needs to level up Hand of God but the number of creeps to be persuaded decreased from 1/2/3 to 0/1/2
New Aghanim's Scepter; Allows Chen to persuade ENEMY HEROES for a while, can attack and use non-ulty spells.

Strafe; reduces the mana cost of Searing Arrows in its duration.
Burning army; Soldiers now uses a stronger version of Searing arrows, that deals splash damage and burn the ground in a little area for a while and its fire also burns trees, just like timber's shard does
her beautiful ladies now slows enemies %4 for 2 sec each kiss stacking.
25 level talent; io can tetter to two units at the same time.
Shapeshift Grantz phased move (doesn't affect Wolfs Bite or his other units, only himself)
