One-Life challange with narrative

Hey guys to make the rest of the wipe a little exciting we are planning on doing a one-life challange with a little narrative.

Basic rules first: Get through all maps without dying and without visiting the stash / hideout and always pick the same raidtime so you play through day and night cycle.

Now to the narrative (this isn't settled yet, just ideas and brainstorming):
We have to secure evidence from the Lab (for example bring in a camera, film certain spots, like the corpses and extract with (5) TB of data (SSD=1TB, USB=500GB, Harddrive=250 GB, diary=50GB etc. I think there are more storage devices) and then escape through all tarkov maps to the shoreline / lighthouse where we get off by boat and the Mission is done.
I also thought about little missions on each map so we don't just creep at the edge of the map to the exfil. For example on woods we have to mark all four bunker doors / entrances with green smoke. On reserve you could make easy things like activate the alarm and the power or something. No big deals just small extra missions that prevent us from edge creeping.

None of this is settled and I would ask you for any input and ideas you can come up with.

Also since we have to pack everything from the first raid to get us through all raids I wanted to ask you how much Stuff you think would be realistic for special forces to carry around. Like 50-60 kg or is that already too much?
We need food, water, ammunition, meds, special gear like nvgs, smokegranades, WiFi camera and whatever narrative stuff we come up with.
