So, this is something the devs I am sure know about, but I want to put it out there, so it can get patched, looked at and w.e else. This is nothing new but something rather unintended.
I have built a dedicated server for this game. Me and a buddy play on it, and we love the game. However we hated the grind for ore. We realized quickly we can log out after picking up all the ore we want, log into another local based game instance, one that is hosted on our pc, drop it off, and keep farming.
This can be done to amass as much ore as you want.
Simply after you are done mining and all your ore is at your local instance, go back through your portal to your base, and log out. Log into your local instance and retrieve all your ore. You have a limitation on how much you can have in your inventory by your available slots. Even if you are carrying 3k pounds around you are able to walk or log in and out.
This allowed us to go straight from bronze to iron lvl 3 everything in about 10 crypts.
This isn't the way the game is supposed to be played, but sure saves time.
