ST has been pretty much unplayable for a long time now (currently sitting at < 50% win rate once again while the top factions have a +6-7% win rate) with the exception of the short Milva era. It literally took a broken card to bring it close to the rest of the top factions. How much longer are we going to have to wait? We've seen multiple reworks/buffs for NR, SK, SY, and NG in that timeframe while ST and MO have been left to rot. While the changes to Oak, E&M, and Fran are welcome, it's no where near enough to make a difference. Right now the only decks even remotely competitive are Symbiosis and Spellatel w/ Alzur (too much RNG to be dependable).
IMO to name a few of the biggest issues:
1. A few too many overcosted cards (Filavandrel, WOB, Munro, etc)
2. Harmony needs huge rework (why has it taken this long to address this???)
3. Dwarfs are too dependent on row boosting (Yrden=autolose) and no control potential
4. The majority of bronze elves are worthless
5. No tall punish (Brehen is a terrible option)
