Up to this day I still hear people say thermal vent grants the immense power of:
"increased PD recharge".

Power distributor is just a big battery that can charge and hold power better to power your thermal vent lasers, nothing else. You can't magically produce engergy better thanks to the POWER OF FROST that comes with low heat.
Guns don't heat up, they do only extetically.
Show me a video of a guy that menages to shoot his thermal vent laser for longer then without that experimental. Camon, I'm waiting and dying to see it for myself because till now I've only heard of this myth and never noticed in game with my builds.

Heat Sinks are the only thing that I know which offer a static WEP recharge while activated, that's it.
That's how all beam conda long range is made.
