Battlestate games is the worst company i have ever met. Even ubishit is better. Support does not read entire tickets. They read only few first sentences and then send automated response over and over again. Even tho that response has no sense and is not helpful at all. Battlestate games tactic is to make new content every 6 months only to get game more popular, make more money and thats all. New bugs ? Phew, we can tell them we are working hard on fixing them. In reality they are doing shit about it. Why wont we get a "operation health" wipe like a rust did ? A whole update without new content only to get the game fixed ? And atleast fix the most popular bugs ? For example : hands busy bug, flashlights coming through walls ( they lied about that in patchnotes ), ai tracking you through walls, no sound bubbles ( they also lied about the fix – no sound bubbles are still in the game ( for example upper floor in crackhouse near the metal stairs – you cant hear someone between the buses even if they run. ) I will not even say anything about the desync issues, late spawns, freezing and bad performance for ppl with decent pcs. Also their policy about refunds is a joke. Game requirments have not been updated for a loooong time. The only way to get a money back from them is by charge back or contacting consumer ombudsman.
Dont get me wrong. Im not a noobie, timmy who bought the game yesterday, got killed by a scav and rage quitted. I played this game for 3 years. Its just sad for me to see that bugs that i encountered 3 years ago are still in the game ( yea i reported them through launcher a few times ).
Another thing is the community. Every time someone posts a list of bugs for example, he gets downvoted to hell. Every time someone say bsg cant fix stuff for a few years they get downvoted to hell. Once i saw the comment about cultists shooting through walls and actively tracking the player, someone told him to get better pc… The community of this game is so used to it they try to drag down people who see the issues and want the game to improve.
If someone is about to post a comment like : "You dont know shit about programming !", "Why wont you make your own better game huh ?","Battlestate is working hard on fixing bugs !". First thing : Im a consumer i want stuff that i buy to be working properly. If i buy a brand new car i want it to run fine. I do not tolerate incompetence. If something is not fixed in 3+ years that mean they are incompetent. Change my mind.
Btw : If someone comment "Bsg is fixing stuff actually" i will ask that person one simple question. Is air filter still broken ? Lets have a nice discussion. ( Thanks for downvotes anyways 😀 )
