Adding all of these up, and assuming you bought everything at the current cheapest flea market listing price, you'd spend 13,952,428 roubles total building everything required for the "Scav Case", and building the case itself.
On top of the nearly 14 million rouble upfront cost (probably closer to 20 million if you want to build it quickly), you also have to pay a fee each time you want to scavs to collect loot for you.
While some people are getting incredibly lucky and getting things like red keycards, most people will probably not even make back their initial investment anytime soon, if ever.
The "Scav Case" is a cool new feature, and if you're planning on maxing out your hideout anyways its worth doing, but it's probably not "OP" by any means, and you shouldn't be rushing towards building it thinking that it is going to make you bank.
