Trapped… forever?

Walheim - five bosses

Hey Vikings!

I absolutely adore this game. Last night I got into a bit of a sticky situation. And I'm wondering if anyone has some non-cheesy ways to get me out of it.

So, I was sailing the seas, as one does. After a run-in with a sea serpent, I stopped for a brief respite on an island I'd never been to. Took over a small ruin, tossed together a roof, a bed, and threw down a fire. Repaired my boat of any damage, then took a snooze to pass the nighttime.

Next morning comes and I'm off to the sea again. Where I stupidly tried to sail through a swamp biome to save time instead of going all the way around this island that was in my way. I died. Respawned back at where I had spent the night, stuck with nothing but my underthings.

I figured, okay, challenge. A diversion, sure, but I'll start from scratch until I can make a little raft and go get my gear and boat. Herein lies the issue. I'm stuck in the Black Forest, with Swamp and Plains on either side. There are no boar here, nor is there any flint. Which means I'm locked with a level 1 workbench. I can't make any armor, and I can't build any weapons beyond a stone axe or a club. I think I'm truly stuck.

I managed to find two surtling cores, and plenty of grey dwarf eyes, but I have no way to chop the birch trees in the plains for a portal. My husband suggested I find a lox and aggro him to the trees. This… would work, and is a clever idea. But remember I'm in my knickers with a belly full of mushrooms and berries. A simple task this does not make, though I will try.

Server hopping for what I need is my last resort; I'd like to do this challenge proper if it is at all possible. I'd hate to think that the only way of getting out of this is basically by cheating, especially if that solution will eventually be stripped out by the devs. Which I've heard rumor is a possibility.

Let's discuss. Skaal!

TLDR: Gearless and hungry, with no Meadows in sight.
