I work a lot and have money to spare.
I want the features, convenience, and experience of a FC, but I don’t have the time to grind out the credits for it.
While I do play quite often, it’s not consistent enough to support the constant wallet drain of a FC.
I’m not suggesting the only way to have a FC is to pay real money, the way FDev has set it up right now is working fine for plenty of people and those folks deserve their hours of playtime to be rewarded.
What I’m saying is that there is more than one way to get players to the same place. This does it in a way that not only creates an additional revenue stream for FDev, but also enriches the game with more social “nodes” in the form of FCs.
So, what are your thoughts? Would this somehow break the game or cause a mechanical problem? Do you agree that something like this might be nice? I’m curious about the sub’s temperature on this.
Edit: to those who feel it’s “pay to win,” how do you “win” Elite?
