So I've been receiving multiple friends request lately, most of them I rejected cause they look sus. However, I decided to accept just one to see what's their intention.
This person claims that they're starting a tournament with a twitch link named "dota2tourvote".
I tried opening it and it's a live stream of dota animations with a header of "team" vs "team", 2 of those teams are steam accounts and uncoincidentally those steam accounts happen to be 2 of many that I rejected.
The person again sends me a link that by the way prompts a download for an exe file named NDP46-KB3045560-Web.exe. I googled this and it's a .net framework and I don't want to download and run this file to find out the latter.
To add this person wants me to vote on this website that requires a steam login and promises to give me free arcana, which of course I didn't.
Anyways I just wanted to share this to give people a heads-up and hopefully get these people banned.
