So I'm still relatively new to the MIstlands (despite having about 600+ hours in the game since it launched), but while exploring I was set upon by a swarm of seekers. I saw the glowing blue light in the distance, so figured I'd guide my predators to my about-to-be new friends. However, when I got here, it was abandoned (and rather small), so I dealt with the seekers on my own (not too bad, no stars). Went inside and found a downward spiral staircase instead of the usual upward spiral, which led into an Infested Mine. I've only come across a couple other mines, but they've both been chiseled out of the side of a cliff usually, facing the sea, with a grand staircase leading up to them.
Just gonan say I love the surprises I've been running into on this play through (except starred seeker soldiers; screw those guys).
