What if Primal Beast is a new Roshan?

Just putting a hot take out there…..

Firstly, in the labyrinth the Primal Beast is so much bigger than all the heroes, I imagine he would have to be "downsized" in order to actually function in normal game.
How would you explain this rescale lore wise???

Secondly, with the Easter egg he is able to stun globally.
This would be way to OP if it was an actual spell, so it would have to be nerfed.
Again how would you explain Thas nerf?

"Oh yeah, Primal Beast, yeah he used to be big and strong but then he came to the battlefield of DotA and became small and weaker"…. Doesn't seem logical, does it?

SO, what if Primal Beast is added as a secondary Roshan, a new map objective.
Could also solve the whole "Radiant has Roshan advantage due to triangle" thing if Primal Best was located at Dire triangle.
