Tarkov is my alltime favorite game. I don't play it as much as I used to but I've always showed up to every single wipe since 2017.
Lately, I've grown very distant from the game and its developers. Because honestly, iam burned out on the game and genuin think it's taking way to long for the devs to develop and fix the game.
Nowdays iam more enjoying the hopeful thinking of what Tarkov could've been and the grand vision of Tarkov. That's why I love when people talk about these "future" features and mechanics thats supposed to be added to Tarkov but in reality it doesn't.
This is also why I've stopped watching creators as Noiceguy. It's not his fault but totally mine. But when you love a game so much and hear people whisper and hype stuff up and gassing up stuff in your ears about all of these amazing features thats supposed to be coming "down the line" and it goes 1-3 years later and none of it have happend, you'd be abit depressed
My two biggest issues that keeps me not playing Tarkov as much as I want to:
- Gameplay loop.
Ifeels like there's been little to no changes to the games CORE gameplay loop for years. I mean by this is that everything is more or less been played how it always been played. We don't play or do anything differently and there's little to nothing new to learn. The combat, the economy and the way tasks are being done are all the same.
- Not enough and not fast enough fixes to the game. There's just simply to many issues and bugs with the game that either never gets fixed or being "fixed" 6 months later when a new wipe hits but that "fix" is actually not really a fix.
So what's YOUR two biggest criticsm that keeps you from playing the game at this moment?
