Why is Dota2 superior?

Hi guys, hope ya'll are doing well!

So, in the past couple of years i've been a passionate Gamer of many genres. From mmorpgs, over competitive shooters to 400 hours of stardew valley, you name it, i've played it all.

Sadly, im currently in a big gaming drought and dont realy know what to play. The other day, i had an intense talk with one of my best friends about the current state of gaming and how both of us have played pretty much any genre, EXCEPT FOR ONE!

Both of us have never (for a longer period of time) played any Moba games. We seperately tried League a few years ago but never stuck to it.

The current idea is to get heavily invested in a Moba game, learning roles, learning mechanics and ultimately climbing Ranks.

Obviously, the current choices are Dota2, LoL and Hots.

Right now Dota2 seems to be the most complex (and therefore the most interesting and challenging) so i thought before diving headfirst into the rabbithole, i want to talk to you guys, the passionate long term Dota players and invite you to tell me in this thread your Personal reasons why Dota2 is the currently best Moba game out there, maybe convincing me even more.
