I personally believe Snoreline is boring because of multiple reasons including:
- Loot outside of Resort is almost nonexistent. Two safes at Pier, jackets at the Village, HEPS storage room, one safe at Weather Station all do not entice anyone to rotate through these places unless they're tasking and purposefully avoiding people (which is totally fine btw). Therefore making boring raids on 90% of the map.
- There seem to not be any scav spawns until at least 10 minutes into raid which means you have to rotate through the map for 30 mins just to get lucky and kill 5 scavs for a quest (if that's your reasoning for going there).
- Resort is a blast! When you can properly hear where people are, rather than hearing every sound in the entire Wing your in. The loot here is amazing and undeniably one of the best places to loot in the game, I can't argue that. But the fact that the map is not expanded more inland (North) means that anyone that gets a Northern spawn gets free dibs on the best loot in Resort to stuff in their Secure Container. Not having to worry about anyone contesting them until they've already made their money's worth in their Secure Container.
I truly hope they are planning on expanding the map more inland towards the North, or maybe adding other small towns and hideouts to explore on either side of Resort or nearer the shore. This map has good design, just needs something more to it.
Anyone have ideas or suggestions? Just wanted to see people's opinions on this and let this out after questing for the fifth wipe on this map.
Thank you!
