Since everyone is complaining about the Tanks in this year's Holiday ops loot boxes (which i think are decent), i wanna complain about the new 3d skins. I think None of them are per se Bad, but they all feel mediocre?
Especially If you compare them to Last year's, they all Look Just flat. Batshit Arty skin? Camo net, painting, foliage Covers strapped in -> good looking, gives some depth to it
gw.e100? Just slapped some weird carped Made Out of dirty clothed Strips
Ae Phase 1? Basically Just a repaint (a cool one, yes), the visual model Looks Not altered at all
Just Look at Jupiter fulgur for example (the s.conc) it Had so many Details, 3d lines running all across, a reshaped Barrel, that aiming Thing on top of it, it feels Like they have some good effort into it to make it Pop.
The Cobra in the other Hand? A silber Box with a pair of Balls dangling around
It Just feels Like they are "Premium" 2d skins jnstead of actual 3d…
