Like really, how? I’ve spent a while trying to enjoy this slogfest of a game with its exponentially increasing crew level XP requirements, horrendous non-premium economy, and statcheck/RNGesus syndrome, but I couldn’t genuinely enjoy this game this game if you held me at gunpoint.
Mind you, I’m an avid War Thunder enjoyer (a few hundred hours logged), and I know not all skills are translatable, but for fuck sake, this game is just so… blegh! From the completely unreliable armor, to the literal stat check spotting (I know how it works, I spent years playing WoT Blitz), to the infamous shell RNG, I’m astounded that the same company that made this game made World of Warships, which I’m also an big fan of.
I’ve tried to enjoy this game, but I just genuinely can’t bring myself to do so. I’ve had my ups and downs with WoT Blitz, but overall I’ve enjoyed it. Not with WoT PC, though. This game might be one of the worst games I’ve ever played (even if it has a lot of potential).
So I ask: how do you people find enjoyment in this game?
P.S., the tutorial teaches new players the bare minimum (drive, shoot, repeat) and Topography tells you to run into the open to solo four tanks in a medium, so I don’t take a word these “tutorials” say.
I forgot to mention the countless 0-15 games I’ve endured even in tier V.
