Is it time to buff WZ 113G FT?

Suggestions:
Improve gun accuracy from 0.38 to 0.35
(Even with 0.35, the gun will most often miss because of bad rng)

Improve frontal superstructure effective armour from 270mm to 350mm, Improve lower Hull armour from 190mm to 290mm, Improve side slanted* armour from 80mm to 150mm. (Why tf obj 268 v4 has more armour than this even though this is suppose to be a brawler as well?) (Also gold spam meta)

Increase hp/t ratio from 11.82 to 15 (Why tf obj 268 v4 has better mobility than this tank even though its designated as a frontal assault vehicle?)

Increase top speed forward from 38 to 45

Increase reverse speed from 16 to 26 (this tank is suppose to have good reverse speed)

Increase shell velocity from 760 to 1060 (760 shell velocity is too slow to stop EBRs)

Increase aim time from 2.4 to 2 (every tank should have better aim time to snap shot EBRs)

Rationale:

To make this tank competitive, WG might buff it to fit into the current meta of insanely good turret armour and speed / wheels.

Of course this is just to make WZ a more unique and competitive TD and differentiate it from others (like obj 268 or obj 268 v4 or E3)
