This dickhead (deleted the name just in case of … rulez) blocked me from backing up in battle and got me killed quickly, and then admitted it in chat. So I sent in a ticket with a short explanation and the replay.
Posting this on November 9 at about 9:30 pm USA east coast time. He hasn't been on since November 6 at 8:35 pm. Could be coincidence but per , he's been playing daily (or was). So it looks to me like taking that few minutes and sending in a ticket works, at least for a few days, which makes me happy. Just a PSA for when you run into other dickheads in-game. Don't just use the in-game complaints if it's bad — submit a ticket.
