I just lost a game because my T-100 LT low rolled for 229.
For those of you who don't see what I'm getting at:
RNG rolls for +-25%
T-100 gun does 320 damage.
320 * 0.75 = 240, which is the minimum damage the gun should do.
Pretty sure they use the same rng for penetration rolls and everything else, so we have to assume everything is borked.
The more you report this issue the faster they'll fix it.
EDIT: I meant "this patch" in the title.
EDIT:
Ehm, damage of the t100 is 300, not 320. so you can low roll for 225….
