After my thousands of hours and my triple elite I thought I had it figure it out. So I decided to give a try to the thargoids stuff, in light of the recent events.
So after a bit of prep, yesterday I tried to fight thargoids for the first time and went to hunt for a cyclop in the Asterope system.
Oh boy….long story short I had to escape with the tail between my legs…I found out that even scouts are fucking difficult to hit. Managed to kill only two of them.
I watched a couple of video tutorial and seemed pretty easy…but I was wrong!
I am going to try again…this is the challenge I was looking for!
I used a meta shielded Krait MKII, but I thought it was too slow. I am going to try an unshielded Chieftain next time and see how it goes.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Wish me luck cmdrs….I might have to rebuy plenty of times.
