The real thing I don’t get with chat bans

I see a lot of posts about WG trying to hold onto their player base with not banning people for stuff etc, now that might just be this collective conspiracy, but if WG really are doing certain things to favour a solid but growing player base one thing that would be ridiculous to be doing that is chat banning.

People don't leave the game because they get told their shite, it's on WG to make new players feel more accessible. Shit talking is a part of almost every MMO. You guys gave the option to censor obscene words, you killed free chat to enemy's. But fuckin hell every other day a chat ban. It's so Incredibly stupid to ban people from chatting on a strag game. People loose their shit for sure but for me personally I like trying to help my team if I can't tell them anything what's the point.

I know this issue has been flogging a dead horse for ages and I apologize for venting about it but the chat bans in this game is above all the most ridiculous thing for me
