The Stupidity of Arty Missions

Alright, so I hate arty as much as any respectable player, but I'd love to get the 260 some day and due to sime poor uses of orders in the past, I essentially need to complete some arty missions.

And by god are stun missions terrible. Not only do you have to rely on the average idiot on your team to actually shoot a stunned tank, you have to hope they don't know they get less XP if they do if there are myltiple targets. AND THEN, on top of that and the random fuck you shell that you fire just as your allies are pushing a full hp base idiot at the end of the game that just vanishes so far off target in lands in a WT map, every player in the game has a No Mission Progress For You Button on a 90 second cooldown. It is so infuriating when you're 1000 assitance away from the mission, get a perfect stun on a tank as 2 E3s or whatever are rolling into them, and then watch your pitiful little counter just vanish a half second before they instantly die. I hate playing arty almost as much I hate being hit by it, and this BS has cost me missions on several occasions. I'm not saying that we shouldn't be able to cleanse stun, but that these missions should be changed somehow, and maybe the mechanic as a whole, since even just for XP, MOE, whatever, it's really dumb.
