WG response after reporting a platoon of 3 with 0 dmg and 0 recent wn8

I have filed a ticket to WG with a replay featuring a platoon of 3 with 0 dmg, all anonymized. I have used 'send a message' to get a real account name. All three have 0 wn8 and tens of recent battles.

Sent all of that to WG. Got automatic reply: "shit happens".

Question to community: do you really think they are automatically detecting this kind of 'player' behavior or it's just an automatic reply 'fuck off, none of your business'?

You can check yourself, mind my wonderful performance, I am sort of a bot myself to some players.
