So this basically is just a small guide to complete the quest.
You are REQUIRED to have the Underpass key (Primorsky 46 underpass key).
You need to go to the room it opens which you can find if you go into the building in front of Pinewood hotel. You enter the side of the building that is closer to the Underpass/Klimov Street extract.
Go up to the top of the building on the far left stairs. After you reach the top open the metal door that leads to a small overpass thing which overlooks the street and pinewood. (It also has a mounted gun and a couple white rags on the side). Open the door on the opposing side that you entered the overpass. (This should be the underpass key).
The last step is that you find the drumset in the apartment and look for a guitar pick with some innitials on it.
I found mine on the shelf next an iron. It was in a bedroom next to the bed.
I kinda made a map that shows where the room is using the map on the wiki but can't provide in game screenshots yet, because I can't play right now. I'm using the streets v2.1 map from the escape from tarkov wiki.
Hopefully this post will have some use for you guys that are looking to complete the quest, but can't find anything related to it.
