if you suffer from constant disconnects ("Server connection lost"- error messages) during PMC gameplay and sometimes even SCAV gameplay, there is a solution:
Disable the IPv6 settings in your computer's network settings – check the link if you do not know how to do that.
Usually, when playing as a PMC, I suffered from constant disconnects and the reconnects did not allow me to play again since I was just being disconnected from the server again and again – resulting in losing loot, gear and my nerves.
I had already checked my router settings, my network settings, my gameplay settings, my server settings and played around. Even called m internet provider. This issue also only occurs during EFT and no other game or application, which was odd.
Disabling the IPv6 was the only workaround to fix this issue for me. This morning (pre-fix) I was disconnected 20 times during 20 minutes of gameplay on Customs. After finding this fix I was able to play without a single lag or disconnect ever since.
