Looking for players to start a Valheim youtube group with!

Hi Valheim lovers and aspiring youtubers! 
I am looking for a maximum of nine other Valheim enthusiasts that are willing to put some effort in a roleplaying story that will be posted on youtube. If you are interested please do not feel daunted by the enormous post this is going to be. It is that way because I want you to be as informed as possible before going in.

So… the inspiration came to me from the dream smp and other like minded youtube collaborators. If you are not aware of the community, it is a bunch of youtubers that play on a minecraft server together. They partly script and partly improvise a story that all of them post on their youtube accounts for their viewers to follow. The story can be quite simple from one player going against the hierarchy of the main leader to something huge and elaborate like the world as they know it going to end because of a fungus.

I think with a fun little group of people we can make something like this on Valheim as well. If anything we can have loads of fun doing it. Besides, the collaboration we will do together will very likely boost our youtube views for one another as well. 

Now if I have gotten your interest on this project allow me to fill you in on some details. You are probably thinking; what is required of me? Well..

-You must be willing to invest time and energy in making youtube videos and editing them yourself. Unless you choose to hire someone but that cost is on you. 

-You must obviously already have the game and a good enough setup to record and play at the same time. We can help each other out if problems occur, but it would be nice if we all already know what we are doing in this department at least. It does not have to be perfect tho!

-On that note it will help if we can critique one another if we think something else might help, and thus being able to give and take helpful critiques is a very important part of this. 

-You have to be willing to follow the script but also be able to improvise where needed. And feel free to improve on the script where you have ideas as well. I am aiming for this to be a group effort. 

-You will have to be willing to advertise your youtube account and keep up with it. I do not require a lot of effort, but if all ten of us are able to bring light to the project at least once every now and then, then that is already ten times better than only one person doing this.

Now I know we can not always be online at the same time and I am aiming for this to be something we can work on as well. For this I myself will do a few things:

-I will provide a (hopefully) good running server. Someone who knows their way around this is very welcomed to give a helping hand. 

-I will provide a discord server where we can communicate freely together. Discuss our ideas and get help from each other if we are stuck. This can be our community centre and where we can help one another. 

-I will provide the main script and story for the initial buildup of the server. But for those who are eager for this, I am very much open to people who would like to do this alongside me and offer their ideas as well. I however will remain the initial scripter and not all ideas offered may go through. 

And of course you might be thinking, what about time and deadlines?

Well I am thinking of keeping this loose in the beginning. We will be able to freely record and play the game throughout the week as much as we all please. There is some recording of exploring, building and communicating required. But there will be one specific day each week where all of us have to be together. May that be for only an hour or an entire day that will be up to us. But this is basically where I wish to plan bigger events for the story to happen. They will be scripted and it is what we work towards the week prior. Then we make one video at the end of each week. This may change to once every two weeks or once a month depending on what we can do.

This schedule may change depending if this is too much or can be improved upon. We will have to just throw some things at the wall and see what sticks. If we think something else is better we will do that. 

Now for the story, that will remain largely a secret until we are all in the discord server and ready with our setups. But you may expect close to viking lifestyle roleplay where we have our thralls, karls and jarls. Where we build communities, hunt mythical creatures and pray to our norse gods while we are off duty after having a few meads or so.

For the story I am looking for some characteristics and if you think you fit one of the personalities below or can play that role, feel free to fill in the form I am going to put in at the end of this already very long post. 

Firstly, we will need three to four people who wish to be thralls. These people are basically laborers, the lowest of society. They do what they are told mostly and will collect resources and build. Or do whatever else they are told by their superiors.

The next group of characters are the karls who are the higher up workers. They still listen to the jarl who is the king or queen. But they are more free to do as they please than the thralls. They will be the farmers, blacksmiths, lumberjacks and what not of the community. They also are allowed to come exploring to farther lands which we will pillage. They will reap part of the bounty and be able to become wealthy. Something thralls are unable to do. 

The last person will be the jarl. I will fill this role in the beginning. But here is the catch, all roles may be switched around due to political changes. 

I am looking for three chaotic factors in the group. Two of which will have as their main goal to become jarl. Why? That is freely decided by you. One will start out as thrall and face the difficulties of becoming jarl as basically nothing but an underdog. The other starts out as a karl. Someone who may have the means to become karl but will need the favor of the rest of the community to do so.
The last chaotic character will just be amused by the chaos and help out whatever party they think is going to rake up as much chaos as they can to chase their goals. They will start as a karl and may support whoever they wish with their goals even outside of these two. 

The remaining thralls and karls are neutral or good. You may decide what you are and what your ambitions are going to be in the plot. Feel free to follow whoever you wish in this soon to be chaotic playing field and what side you may choose. Just make sure you stay in your neutral or good character. 

You may be a thrall who is totally okay with being who they are and love the simple labor of gathering and building. But might just accidentally get a promotion just by sheer stupid luck.. or be a karl who envies the simpleness of a thrall or be scared of going in pillages. Whatever the case, this story is for you to fill in. Let's make it interesting.

Tell me a little bit about yourself. Where are you from? How old are you? What are your hobbies and how busy are you usually?

What character would you like to play the most? And what character would you be fine with if other characters are already taken?

What part of all this are you most excited for? 

What is your motivation to join? 

Are you experienced in running a server or are you technically inclined? (You do not need to be for the server, but it may be nice to know if you are.)

Are you experienced with story telling or writing? (Again you do not need to be but it helps.)

Are you experienced with making content online? If yes, what have you done before? If not, what is your plan to make this happen alongside us? (Basically; do you already know what you are doing or going to do when it comes to content creation?)

And lastly, are you prepared to put effort into this project for at least for six months to a year? This is the minimum time I wish to put into this as well to see if it sticks. If something happens in your life and you wish to stop, it is of course reasonable and normal. You will be rotated out as we search for someone new. But you must otherwise be willing to put in effort to build this up together and able to talk through possible and likely difficulties we may face together. What say you? Become a viking?
