I think I figured it out.Once you enter warehouse 3, the first rogue above you instantly leaves his position(no matter where you enter) and rushes to your location to kill you. When you kill him, all other rogues, ground and top of the building rogues(except top of the 1st WH) rush to your location to kill you. Yes 2 rogues from the main entrance, maybe 3 additional ground rogues from the middle/1st wh/3rdwh, 2-3 from top of 2nd WH. All of them!
If you get a weapon with a big mag, they are easy to kill if you stand in the corner of the kitchen next to the door.
Once you masscred them, the whole camp is yours.

update:if there is no rogue spawn on the top of the 3rd building the rogues won't be triggered. I guess any contact with them will do the trick. Sadly I died in the previous run, I was in the middle of the camp holding a bad spot and 5 of them swarmed me from front and behind. I think after they kill someone they relocate or find someone else to hunt down (either scavs or pmcs)
Update2: The rogues on top of the 1st building don't come down because of the barbed wire on the stairs, hilarious. If you are coming from 3rd wh -> 2nd wh-> 1st wh parking lot, you peek the stairs and they will be stacked in front of the wire, jesus.
Highscore so far: 10 rogue kills within 1minute and 20 seconds, dafaq 😀
Scav experience:There were two rogues on the top of the 3rd warehouse (i have never seen 2 until now)I entered the building from the side window. 1 of them came down to check on me, luckily I had a suppressed mosin so I could headshot him. Looted the rogue and waited for company, no other rogues joined the party until I gave up waiting and moved forward to 2nd building. I saw a ground rogue at 2nd building and decided to go back to 3rd. 3 rogues started to push me instantly. They are kind of dumb when they see a door, usually they want to close it, and they bug through it and they can be killed easily. (i'm writing these because i haven't seen them behave like this)
My conclusion so far: Either you are a pmc or a scav, if you are spotted by one rogue my best advise is to hide behind a corner and wait them to push you because they act dumb when they need to take a corner. And always prepare for more incoming.
