Okay guys, so I keep seeing posts about people who can't locate these or their loot lottery is basically telling them to go fuck themselves, haha! So I thought a little PSA was in order, no?
On Customs, the big shed between ZB-012 and ZB-011, with the weapon creates on the walkways, and the dead Scav on the couch, there is a fair chance for a Elite Pliers and a Gas Analyzer to spawn right there on the desk. I have been there 5 times and gotten 4 Gas Analyzers and 3 Elites.
There is also another (Much lower chance) spawn in the big shed across from the servo, with the sniper Scav on the room and ZB-012 directly behind it, inside on the desk.
