I've learned a lot over the last 4 wipes to dodge the cheaters, but learned the most this wipe. There are some common mistakes people do that will actually make you more targetable by cheaters. I never run into cheaters with these tips.
Tip Number 1: Don't play on low populated servers. This is something I always tell my friends.
Tip Number 2: Don't play highly populated servers in the morning or at night. These are times when cheaters are active.
Tip Number 3: Don't run meta load outs if you don't want to die to a cheater. In fact, just use melee and no loadout.
Tip Number 4: If you really don't want to die to cheaters because you are low on money – dodge top tier loot items. Don't loot anything valuable and you'll be less exposed to cheaters.
Tip Number 5: Just don't play labs. Or shoreline, or interchange, or customs, or factory, or woods. Don't play any map and you can avoid the cheaters. The in game hideout crafting is where they can't get you!
Yea cheaters suck, but there are ways to have a cheater free experience for weeks in this game. If you follow these steps you too will have a cheater free experience.
