A bug with Legion Commander's Moment of Courage has been fixed (no doubt after being during GAMERS GALAXY as "double damage" – in that case, just slightly more than double)
Various abilities' description tooltips to either fix typos, add missing periods at the end of sentences, or catch up on changes implemented in DotA 7.31 and 7.31b
