Coming back to the game after about a two year break and I haven't see a recent post (or I could be blind) for what is the best method of getting credits. Core mining used to be my main method but I am not sure how things of changed since I played. Quick rundown of what I have:
-Didn't get Odyssey but have Horizons. Everything I read says not to get it. Buggy, doesn't add much. If I'm wrong, I'll get it but nothing leads me to me to believe I should buy it.
-Never did anything with the advanced engineers. I unlocked one right before I stopped playing. Not sure how much it matters when it comes to money things.
-Currently flying a fully upgraded Python. Flew around trying to buy the best parts so I have a really good Python. Also have all the parts for mining, combat, and transport.
-Also have a stock Anaconda. Bought it right before I stopped playing but never did anything with it.
Currently sitting on about 140 million credits. I was thinking of saving to upgrade the Anaconda, but I also may want a fleet carrier.
