PSA: Fix for anyone who can’t set the new hot key for the Shutdown Field Neutralizer

Had all kinds of problems setting the new hot key. I would set it in game, press apply, but when going back to check, it was blank again.

Found out the entry in the Bindings file was all messed up for some reason. So if you have problems, open the bindings file with NOTEPAD, find "field" using the Edit >> Find menu and then replace the entry with the one I have posted below.

NOTES: Remember to set the Key to whatever you want to use. It is K in my example.
