(Picture 3) LGD contacted Valve on Oct 27 and received the response later, here is a picture-to-text that I've formatted for readability:
Hello Pan Fei.
We have no reason to believe LGD matchfixed nor did anything wrong during the finals.
We are confident in the integrity of TI10 and its outcome.
Best regards.

Hi Valve Co.,
As you may noticed that Team PSG.LGD have received various comments about fan suspect Match-Fixing on us at TI10 finals on major social networks. As a Professional E-sports Club who established the DOTA2 team for more than 10 years, to rise the Aegis has always been something we try our best to achieve. But the overwhelming conspiracy theories have caused us a lot of trouble regarding our Brand Influence. Players Personal Reputation, Potential Business Opportunities, and many others. Therefore, we'd like to suggest that that Valve Official could investigate the recordings and videos of the Grand Finals, and reveal an official Statement which explain what's really going on out there. If there is any evidence comes targeting that Team PSG.LGD is directly or potentially Match-Fixing during the Grand Final, we are willing to accept Valve's any kind of charge or punishment. But if not, we hope that this official statement could help to eliminate the spreading of the bad influence on not only PSG.LGD but also the DOTA2 game sooner.
We've complete the internal investigation about Match-Fixing related suspicion. We believe our Coach and players, even the team crew are clean and innocent. We will do anything that helps us to make the public clear and make DOTA2 as the most influenced Game in the world as always. Thank you.
PAN Fei

Zhang "Xiao8" Ning is suspended for 30 days due to "controversy caused by personal reasons". Investigation on him will kick off immediately. Picture 4 is a photo of the official file. After quarantine, players will be investigated with the help of local police and '人民电竞' (People's Esports, a Chinese official media account in esports).
LGD established an investigation centre, which is independent of the club itself, and is run by an ex police officer, who used to handle cases. Also they published some new file on the punishment of violation of company rules. Picture 1 and 2 are screenshots of staff emails indicating that every staff are aware of this. They also claim that the centre's work will be investigated by lawyer offices and some official Chinese media in esports like 人民电竞. In a previous weibo post (https://weibo.com/2157471171/L49RbzMxf), LGD posted some photos showing that local police office helped them to establish the centre.
