50% WR system

Hey, I played 4 pos, games were searched for 5 seconds, there were normal normal games but after rank up the search for a game was 10 minutes each game(probably to find worse people), and the games were just awful, unplayable and I wanted to leave. It's like proof that there is a 50% WR system that discourages the desire to keep playing Dota, this isn't the first time I've taken a break for this reason. Ideally, this system should keep players, but in reality it breaks normal players. There is also an abuse that makes it INCREDIBLY easy to get a 6k mmr account, which makes ~5k mmr games terrible, because every player with a much lower rating can get an account up to 6k (and not expensive). Question: the developers will do something with their game, because now is the worst period of DotA, namely a bad patch, 50% WR system, "linked players" (I don't know what it's called in English). It might be "fun" for other players to play current DotA, but I really don't understand why
